More than half the restaurants were closed due to it being a weekday…what?! The nice sit down restaurant of Gordon Ramsay’s has not yet opened, which is fine, a slow roll out is understandable, however, many places in the Gordon Ramsay market were also closed for no rhyme or reason. We went down to explore and get a bite to eat. Room didn’t feel particularly clean, especially the bathroom. We finally got into the correct room with two queen beds. Again, not a huge deal but it’s how the employees addressed issues that was the problem. Once we made it to the room, it wasn’t the room we reserved. After looking at many reviews, we weren’t the only ones who made this mistake, and ended up walking several miles with all of our luggage to the correct tower. Don’t make the same mistake we did make sure that before you valet your car that you are at the same tower where your room is. We thought this would be a great place to celebrate a birthday.
